MusiCares, in collaboration with Chicago AFM and Smiles Programs… The Mobile Dentists will host a free dental clinic for music professionals*

Eligible patients will receive a complete dental exam, bitewing X-rays and a dental cleaning free of charge

All appointments must be scheduled in advance

*Participants must document at least five years professional music career history and qualify through MusiCares

RSVP for your appointment slot via Eventbrite. Once you RSVP, an abbreviated MusiCares application and/or waiver will be e-mailed to you to complete before your appointment.
